PandAi7 Guide

How to use the AI editor

Your website comes with a built-in AI editor. Describe what you want in plain language and it rewrites, restyles, and restructures your page — one section at a time. Here's how to get the most out of it.

6 min read

Every PandAi7 site includes an AI editor built right into the page. Instead of hunting through menus, you point it at a section, tell it what you'd like to change in your own words, and it does the work — no design or code skills needed.

This guide covers where to find it, how to phrase requests so you get what you pictured on the first try, and how to stretch your AI credits so a small change never costs more than it should.

Getting started in five steps

  1. Open your site and click Edit to launch the editor.
  2. In the toolbar, choose the Panda AI tool to open the chat.
  3. Pick the part of the page you want to change from the "Section to edit" list.
  4. Describe your change in the box — for example, "Make the headline shorter and mention free delivery."
  5. Press Send, review the live preview, then keep chatting to refine — or Publish when you're happy.

How the AI editor works

It works section by section. You always choose one section — a hero, an about block, your contact details — and every request applies to just that part of the page. That keeps changes predictable and easy to review.

Each section has its own conversation. Send several messages in a row to refine the same section — "now make it warmer", "add a second line" — and the AI remembers what you asked before. Switch sections and a fresh conversation begins.

Nothing goes live until you publish. Your edits appear in the preview as you work; on a paid site you click Publish to make them public, and on a demo site your changes are saved locally until you subscribe.

Write prompts that get better results

The AI does its best work when your request is clear and specific. A few habits make a big difference:

  • Be specific about the outcome. "Rewrite the intro to sound friendly and mention we're family-owned" beats "make it better".
  • Change one thing at a time. Small, focused requests are easier for the AI to get right — and easier for you to check.
  • Quote the exact words you want changed. Mention the real headline or button text and the AI knows exactly where to act.
  • Give an example when you can. Share the tone you like, a phrase to include, or a rough version of the wording.
  • Refine instead of restarting. If the result is close, reply with a small correction rather than rewriting the whole request.
  • Attach a reference image for visual changes. A photo can say more than a paragraph of description.

Make your AI credits last

Every message to the AI uses a little of your credit allowance — watch it fill up in the credit ring in the toolbar. These habits keep more in the tank:

  • Edit tiny wording yourself. To fix a typo or swap a word, click the text on the page and edit it directly — inline edits don't use AI credits.
  • Put your full idea in one message. One clear, complete request costs less than five vague ones circling the same result.
  • Work one section at a time. Finishing a section before moving on avoids re-editing the same area twice.
  • Be clear the first time. Most credits are spent on back-and-forth; a specific first request often lands in one go.
  • Use the right tool for the job. Changing colors or fonts (Branding), swapping a photo (Upload), or hiding a section (Section) doesn't always need the AI chat.

What you can do

  • Rewrite and rephrase any text — headlines, descriptions, buttons, and calls to action.
  • Adjust the tone — make copy warmer, shorter, more professional, or more playful.
  • Restructure a section's layout and emphasis.
  • Refresh your whole look with the Branding tool — colors, palette, and style.
  • Translate your site into another language with the Language tool.
  • Upload or replace photos with the Upload tool, and hide or reorder sections with the Section tool.
  • Attach an image to a chat message to guide a visual change.

What the AI editor won't do

  • Edit more than one section per request — pick a section, and the change stays inside it.
  • Add brand-new pages or features that aren't part of your template.
  • Pull in live or external data, or connect to other apps.
  • Publish on its own — you're always in control of what goes public.
  • On a demo (pre-subscription) site, save changes permanently — your edits are previewed locally until you subscribe.

Credits, packs, and your demo

Paid plans include a monthly AI credit allowance that refreshes each billing cycle. If you need more in a busy month, top up with one-time credit packs from your editor — they're used only after your monthly allowance runs out.

Trying PandAi7 on a demo site? You get a small free AI allowance to experiment with the editor before you subscribe. When you're ready to keep your changes and go live, subscribing publishes everything you've prepared.

Quick answers

Do I need to know design or code?
No. Describe what you want in plain language and the AI handles the design work.
Can I undo a change?
Yes. Keep chatting to refine, or discard your unpublished changes to return to the last published version.
Will my edits go live immediately?
Only when you publish. Until then they stay in your private preview.
Why did one request use more credits than expected?
A long back-and-forth on a single section adds up. A clear, complete first message usually costs the least.
