Not a traditional trial — every generated site is live for a 48-hour free preview so you can click through every page, test the AI editor, and share the link, with no credit card required. If you don't subscribe within the preview window, the site is permanently deleted. We can always regenerate a fresh one when you're ready.

Our AI builds your site from one of two starting points: publicly available information about your business (name, category, location, photos) — or details you provide yourself if your business isn't listed online. Either way, our AI generates a complete, multi-page website using industry-specific templates and AI-written content.

Every site includes a homepage built from several sections — hero, services, about, reviews, highlights, and a call to action. Depending on your business type you may also get separate pages: a menu, an appointment-booking page, and your privacy and terms pages.

Yes. Your site is live on its preview URL from the moment it's generated, so you can click through every page, try the AI editor, and share the link with anyone — all before entering any payment details.

Yes. Your base plan includes your primary language. You can add more languages as add-ons — each translated version of your site is generated by AI and maintained automatically when you make edits.

After payment there's one short setup step: you confirm your business details and choose your photos. Until you finish it your site shows a temporary awaiting-completion page, and signing in takes you straight to the setup wizard — that's expected, not an error. Your site goes live the moment you complete it, and there's no deadline.

Yes. Your site can collect reviews directly from your visitors, and you decide which ones appear — approve or remove each one from the owner portal. Reviews are written by your own visitors; we don't import them from Google or any other review service.

Through the owner portal, you simply describe what you want changed in plain English (or your preferred language). Our AI processes your request and shows you a preview. You approve or discard each change before it goes live.

Your subscription includes a monthly AI editing budget that comfortably covers regular upkeep — each edit draws on it based on the work involved, and it resets every billing cycle. If you need more, you can purchase Edit Packs — one-time credit top-ups starting from $5 that never expire.

Almost anything — update your business hours, rewrite a section, add new services, change images, adjust the tone of your content, add a team member, and more. The AI can modify any section of any page on your site.

You can buy an Edit Pack at any time from the owner portal and carry on editing straight away. Direct changes to your contact details never draw on your budget, so those keep working regardless.

Yes — every freshly-generated site includes a small one-time allowance of free AI editing, so you can try the editor and refine your preview before subscribing. Edit Packs become available once you have an active subscription.

An edit is one AI-driven change request — a section rewrite, a colour change, a services-list update, anything you submit through the editor that calls the AI. Each edit draws on your AI editing budget in proportion to the work involved. Direct changes to your contact details (phone, email, address, business hours, business name) do not use an AI call and do not draw on your budget.

We offer one simple plan: $9/month or $99/year (save one month with annual billing). Optional add-ons like extra languages and edit packs are available separately.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the owner portal — there's no cancellation fee and no notice period. What happens to money already paid is covered in the refund question below.

No. You choose month-to-month or annual billing, and neither ties you to a fixed term. Annual billing simply costs less per month — you can still cancel whenever you want.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards; the exact payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout. Pricing is in US dollars — your country determines tax treatment, not the price. Subscriptions are available from a growing set of supported countries.

Monthly plans: no refund for the current period. Annual plans: prorated refund based on months used at the full monthly rate. Edit Packs are non-refundable. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Your site stays accessible until the end of your already-paid period, then it's archived. Archived sites are retained for 365 days — if you resubscribe within that window, your site is restored exactly as you left it (edits, photos, custom content). After 365 days the archive is permanently deleted.

Yes. Active subscribers get a personal referral link in the owner portal. When someone you refer becomes a paying customer you earn a free subscription month, released after a short hold period and capped per year — the current figures are shown on your referrals page.

Yes. Every site gets a free PandAi7 URL — for example, www.pandai7.com/yourbusiness — at no extra cost.

Yes. Active subscribers can connect a domain they already own at no extra charge. We provide step-by-step DNS instructions, and the SSL certificate is provisioned automatically. Provisioning typically completes within 5–15 minutes once your DNS propagates, and both apex (example.com) and www variants are supported. Buying a brand-new domain directly through PandAi7 is on the roadmap.

Your site is hosted on our managed infrastructure with SSL encryption and a global CDN. You don't need to worry about servers, maintenance, or security — we handle it all.

We provide cookie-free, privacy-friendly analytics through Umami. You'll see visitor stats, pageviews, and traffic sources in your owner portal — reported in aggregate, with no cookies and no profiling of individual visitors. Delivering and securing a website still involves technical data such as IP addresses; our Privacy Policy explains what we handle and why.

Yes. Active subscribers can rename their slug from the Domains tab in the owner portal, once every 30 days. The new URL takes effect immediately, and the old URL 301-redirects to the new one for 30 days so links you've already shared keep working. The name has to be available — we can't assign one that another site already uses, one that was released too recently, or one reserved for the platform itself.
