In short
- What we provide. PandAi7 automatically generates, hosts, and lets you edit a website for your business — one base subscription plan (monthly or annual) with optional add-ons: extra languages and AI Edit Packs.
- Your account. Sign-in is passwordless — a magic link to your email, or Google/LinkedIn. Keep that email account secure: anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
- Free preview. Your generated site starts as a free preview for a limited window (currently 48 hours). If you don’t subscribe in time, the preview and its data are permanently deleted. Previews are configured to be excluded from search engines.
- Billing. Billing starts at payment and renews automatically until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars; price changes come with at least 30 days’ notice and apply from your next renewal. The annual discount applies to the base plan only — an annual add-on costs twelve times its monthly price. After payment you complete a short setup step; your site goes live when you finish it.
- Refunds. Monthly plans: no refund for the rest of the cycle. Annual plans: prorated refund as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Edit Packs are non-refundable.
- Cancelling. Cancel anytime from your account. Monthly plans run to the end of the paid period; annual plans get a prorated refund (see Refunds above). Your site is then archived for 365 days — resubscribe to restore it — and permanently deleted after that.
- AI editing. Your plan includes a monthly AI-editing budget; Edit Packs add credits that never expire — though they belong to that site’s subscription and can’t be moved to another site or account. AI output can contain mistakes — you review and publish all changes, and you’re responsible for what your site says.
- Forms, bookings and reviews. If your site has a contact form, booking, or reviews, what visitors submit goes to you — and you’re responsible for how you use it and for meeting your own privacy and consumer obligations to those visitors. Reviews come from your visitors, not from Google; you can approve or remove them, but not fabricate or rewrite them. We provide the technology — we’re not a party to any booking or order between you and your customers.
- Your site’s legal pages. We give your website starter privacy and terms pages. They’re a starting point, not legal advice, and they haven’t been tailored to your business, industry, or country — review and edit them before you rely on them.
- Ownership. You own the content you provide; we own the platform, templates, and tools. Your website is licensed to you while your subscription is active — it can’t be exported or self-hosted elsewhere. AI-generated content and stock photos aren’t exclusive to you.
- Domains. Your site is served at a PandAi7 web address we assign from your business name — names are first-come, first-served, some are reserved, and we can refuse or change one that breaks the rules. You can connect a domain you already own at no extra charge, and that domain stays yours. We don’t sell domains at this time.
- Referrals. Subscribers get a referral link. When someone you refer pays their first bill you earn a free month, released after a hold period and capped per year (current figures are shown in your account). No self-referrals, and don’t spam your link.
- Acceptable use. No illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, and no impersonating another business. We screen hosted content (automated and human review) and can hold, suspend, or remove violating sites — a breach doesn’t entitle you to a refund.
- Hosting. We host everything, but we don’t promise a specific uptime and maintenance can cause brief interruptions. We keep internal backups for our own disaster recovery — they aren’t a personal backup service, and we can’t promise to restore particular content from them. Your site also carries a small “Powered by PandAi7” credit and a link visitors can use to report abuse; please don’t remove or hide them.
- Privacy. We collect business information, account details, and usage data to run the service; we never sell your data. Payments are handled by payment processors — we don’t store full card details. Our visitor analytics are cookie-free and self-hosted. You have GDPR rights (access, correction, deletion, and more).
- Liability. The service is provided “as is”; our total liability is capped at what you paid in the six months before a claim.
- Your responsibility to us. If something you publish or do through the platform leads to a claim against us — infringing content, a breach of these terms, or a dispute with someone else — you cover our costs in dealing with it.
- Changes. We can update the service and these terms. For material changes we give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the platform, and the “Last updated” date on each policy shows when it last changed.
- Which law applies. Cyprus law governs, and disputes go to the courts of Limassol, in English. We’ll try to resolve things directly first.
